Please ensure that the vehicle is thoroughly washed and clean and that the surface you are fitting the scoop to is free from any grease, wax, polish or other contaminants.

Surface preparation is essential. Use a wax and grease remover on the bonnet Prepsol or brake or carby cleaner.

If the surface is not prepared correctly, there is a risk that the scoop will not adhere to the surface adequately and come off.

It is recommended that Sikaflex is used in addition to the double-sided automotive tape supplied.
